LIQUOR REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 8 OF 1987)
AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY
LIQUOR
REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1987
ISSUED BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE
MINISTER OF STATE FOR TERRITORIES
EXPLANATORY
MEMORANDUM
No. 8 of 1987
The Liquor Ordinance 1975 (the “Principal Ordinance”)
regulates the sale of liquor in the Territory.
The Liquor Regulations
(the “Principal Regulations”) set out the forms required to be
submitted for various transactions under the Principal Ordinance.
The
Liquor Regulations (Amendment) 1987 brings the Principal Regulations into line
with consequential changes to the Principal ordinance following the passing of
the Australian Capital Territory Gaming and Liquor Authority Ordinance
1987. The changes to the Principal Ordinance are primarily concerned with
the substitution of references to the “Authority” for references to
the “Board”.
This amendment omits the words “the Liquor
Licensing Board” and substitutes “the Authority” in form 7 of
the Schedule to the Principal Regulations.
