EXPLANATORY STATEMENT


No. 23 of 1988

The Public Health (Medical and Dental Inspection of School Children) Regulations (Amendment) amends regulation 6 of the Public Health (Medical and Dental Inspection of School Children) Regulations to refer to an authorised registered nurse under the new Nurses Ordinance 1988. Regulation 6 previously referred to authorised nurses.
