ROAD TRANSPORT (SAFETY AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT)
AMENDMENT REGULATION 2014 (No 1)
Outline
The regulation amends the Road Transport (Safety
and Traffic Management) Regulation 2000.
The regulation corrects a
typographical error. The location code in Schedule 1, Part 1.1 of the Road
Transport (Safety and Traffic Management) Regulation 2000 mistakenly refers
to Boddington Street, when the correct reference should be Boddington Crescent.
The location code is used to identify where an image taken by a digital camera
detection device was taken. This regulation replaces the incorrect reference to
Boddington Street with the correct reference to Boddington
Crescent.
There are no human rights implications arising from this
amendment.
