PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1991 NO 103 (REPEALED) - SECT 62

    (1)         A person who makes an application under section 51 in relation to a restraining order shall give written notice of that application to each other person who is entitled, under section 51 (2), to make an application under section 51 in relation to the restraining order.

    (2)         A person who makes an application under section 60 in relation to a restraining order shall give written notice of that application, to—

        (a)     the DPP; and

        (b)     where the order directed the public trustee to take control of property—the public trustee.
