PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1991 NO 103 (REPEALED) - SECT 79

    (1)         An interstate restraining order registered in the Supreme Court may be enforced in the ACT as if it were a restraining order made under section 45 at the time of registration.

    (2)         This Act (other than sections 28, 29, 50, 51, 53, 54, 60 and 61) applies to an interstate restraining order registered in the Supreme Court as it applies to a restraining order made under section 45.
