PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1991 NO 103 (REPEALED) - SECT 85

    (1)         An interstate forfeiture order registered in the Supreme Court may be enforced in the ACT as if it were a forfeiture order made under this Act at the time of registration.

    (2)         This Act (other than sections 21, 22 and 91) applies to an interstate forfeiture order registered in the ACT as it applies to a forfeiture order made under section 19.
