Australian Capital Territory Repealed Regulations

This legislation has been repealed.

PROCEEDS OF CRIME REGULATIONS 1993 NO 50 (REPEALED) - REG 14

    (1)     For the Act, section 35 (1) (a) (ii), the prescribed annual management fee is $500.

    (2)     The annual management fee is payable by 10 January each year.
