Australian Capital Territory Repealed Regulations

This legislation has been repealed.

ROAD TRANSPORT (OFFENCES) REGULATIONS 2000 NO 11 (REPEALED) - REG 24

(1)       Sections 22 and 23 cease to have effect on 1 June 2000.

(2)       The remaining provisions of this Part cease to have effect 15 months after it commences.

(3)       To remove any doubt, it is declared that section 42 (Repeal does not end transitional or validating effect etc) of the Interpretation Act 1967 applies to this Part
