Item 6 - Subsection 41D(1)

Paragraph 21 Sixth line - omit “41D(1A)”, substitute “41D(2)” to correct a typographical error in the Explanatory Memorandum.

Item 7 - After subsection 41D(2)

Paragraph 25 First line - omit “subsections 41D(1A)”, substitute “subsection 41D(2)” to correct a typographical error in the Explanatory Memorandum.
