Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsSubject to this Part, the Archives is entitled, for the purposes of this Act, to full and free access, at all reasonable times, to all Commonwealth records in the custody of a Commonwealth institution other than the Archives.
Note: In certain circumstances a Commonwealth institution or Minister can exempt a record from this section (see section 29).
