AIRPORTS ACT 1996 - SECT 102

  (1)   A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person has been granted approval under the regulations for the purposes of this Subdivision; and

  (b)   the person engages in conduct; and

  (c)   the person's conduct contravenes a condition of the approval.

Penalty:   50 penalty units.

  (2)   Strict liability applies to paragraph   (1)(a).
