AIRPORTS ACT 1996 - SECT 152

Airport services and facilities

    This Part applies to an airport service or facility if the service or facility is provided:

  (a)   by an airport - operator company; or

  (b)   by a person other than an airport - operator company under an agreement with an airport - operator company.
