Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If there is an airport lease relating to an airport site, the Governor - General must not make any regulations repealing the declaration of the site as an airport site unless the lessee has given written consent to the making of those regulations.
(2) If there is a lease of the whole or a part of an airport site, the Commonwealth must not take any action that would have the effect of creating an absolute prohibition of the use of the site as an airport unless the lessee has given written consent to the taking of that action.
