AIRPORTS ACT 1996 - SECT 208

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person is subject to a provision of a demand management scheme and the scheme declares that this section applies to that provision; and

  (b)   the person engages in conduct; and

  (c)   the person's conduct contravenes the provision.

Penalty:   250 penalty units.
