Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An airport - operator company must take all reasonable steps to ensure that an unacceptable foreign - ownership situation does not exist in relation to the company.
(2) A company commits an offence if:
(a) the company is required to take steps under subsection (1); and
(b) the company engages in conduct; and
(c) the company's conduct contravenes the requirement.
