Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of the application of this Division to a draft or final master plan for an airport, it is to be assumed that the airport lease or airport leases held by the airport - lessee company will continue in force for the duration of the planning period of the plan or, if regulations made for the purposes of paragraph 71(4)(c) provide that a matter specified in the plan may relate to a longer period, the duration of that longer period.
