AUDITOR-GENERAL ACT 1997 - SECT 51

Auditor - General may approve expenditure

    The Auditor - General has authority to approve a proposal to spend money under an appropriation for the Audit Office.

Note:   The Auditor - General's power under this section may be delegated under section   29.
