ADELAIDE AIRPORT CURFEW ACT 2000 - SECT 21

    The Minister may, in writing, delegate the Minister's powers under section   9, 11 or 18 to:

  (a)   the Secretary of the Department; or

  (b)   an APS employee in the Department.
