Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person who wants to be paid Australian apprenticeship support loan must make an application for Australian apprenticeship support loan in accordance with this section.
(2) The application must be:
(a) in a form approved by the Secretary; and
(b) lodged in a manner prescribed by the rules.
(3) A form approved for the purposes of paragraph (2)(a) must provide for a parent or guardian (if any) of an applicant who is aged under 18 at the time the applicant makes the application to acknowledge that the applicant is fully aware of the commitment into which the applicant is entering.
