ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER ACT 2005 - SECT 191R

Strategies to be made available

  (1)   The Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation must make a copy of the national indigenous land and sea strategy or a regional indigenous land and sea strategy available to any person who asks for a copy.

Fee may be charged

  (2)   The Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation may charge a fee for making the copy available.
