Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations must provide for independent reviews of the operation of this Part to be conducted.
(2) Regulations made for the purposes of this section must provide for:
(a) the purpose of reviews; and
(b) the timing of reviews; and
(c) the content of reviews.
(3) Subsection (2) does not limit subsection (1).
(4) The report of each review must be given to the Minister.
