Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsOn the day before the day specified in a determination under subsection 25(1), the Finance Minister must cause an amount equal to the amount specified in the determination to be:
(a) debited from the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land and Sea Future Fund Special Account; and
(b) credited to the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation Funding Special Account.
