Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(3) A member of an Advisory Council, or of an advisory committee, who has a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in a matter being considered or about to be considered by the Advisory Council or by the committee shall, as soon as possible after the relevant facts have come to his or her knowledge, disclose the nature of the interest at a meeting of the Advisory Council or of the committee.
(4) A disclosure under subsection (3) shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting of the Advisory Council or of the committee and the member shall not:
(a) be present during any deliberation of the Advisory Council or of the committee with respect to that matter; or
(b) take part in any decision of the Advisory Council or of the committee with respect to that matter.
