Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary of the Prime Minister's Department may grant the Chair leave of absence on the terms and conditions that the Secretary of the Prime Minister's Department determines.
(2) The Chair may grant leave of absence to any other member on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
