AUSTRALIAN CIVILIAN CORPS ACT 2011 - SECT 3

    The objects of this Act are:

  (a)   to establish the Australian Civilian Corps; and

  (b)   to provide a legal framework for the effective and fair employment and management of Australian Civilian Corps employees.
