Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The CEO may arrange with an Agency Head (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999 ) or with a body (other than a company or an association) established for a public purpose by or under a law of the Commonwealth for the services of officers or employees of the Agency or body to be made available to the CEO in relation to the CEO's functions .
(2) The CEO may enter into an arrangement with the appropriate authority of a State or Territory for the services of officers or employees of the Public Service of the State or Territory, or of a body established for a public purpose by or under a law of the State or Territory, to be made available to the CEO in relation to the CEO's functions .
