Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by writing, give directions to the CEO with respect to the performance of the CEO's functions under this Act (including in relation to the appropriate strategic direction the CEO should take in performing his or her functions).
