Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If paragraph 57A - 2(1)(a) applies in relation to the charging of an * accommodation charge for * entry by a care recipient to an * aged care service, the maximum daily amount at which the accommodation charge accrues for the entry of the care recipient to the service is the amount set out in subsection (2) of this section.
(2) The amount is the maximum daily amount of * accommodation charge that accrued under section 57A - 6 for entry of the care recipient to the prior service referred to in subparagraph 57A - 2(1)(a)(i).
