Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection ( 2), on receipt of the draft Plan submitted for approval, the Minister shall, after such consultation, if any, as the Minister thinks necessary:
(a) approve the draft Plan without alteration; or
(b) refer the draft Plan to the Authority with either or both of the following:
(i) directions to conduct further consultations;
(ii) suggested alterations.
(2) If the Authority reports under section 18 that the Territory planning authority objects to any aspect of the draft Plan, the Minister shall not act under subsection ( 1) except after consultation with the Executive.
