Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Until the establishment of the Territory planning authority under section 25, references in this Part to the Territory planning authority shall be read as references to the interim authority.
(2) Any steps taken under this Part by the interim authority before the establishment of the Territory planning authority have effect after that establishment as if they had been taken by the Territory planning authority.
