Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere, by any law of the State of New South Wales which is continued in force in the Territory as a law of the Territory, any power or function is vested in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, or in a Judge of that Court, that power or function shall, in relation to the Territory, be vested in the Supreme Court or the Judge, as the case may be.
