AGE DISCRIMINATION ACT 2004 - SECT 55

    The Commission may, by writing under its seal, delegate all or any of the powers conferred on it under this Act to:

  (a)   the Commissioner or another member of the Commission; or

  (b)   a member of the staff of the Commission; or

  (c)   another person or body of persons.
