Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section defines the factor determining the increase in a pension payable to a surviving spouse of an invalid or covered ADF member on account of the eligible children of the invalid or member.
(2) The spouse pension child supplement percentage is the percentage worked out using the following table:
