Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A non - government school that provides primary education or secondary education to distance education students only is taken not to be a school for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that subsection (1) does not apply to a specified non - government school.
