Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsFor the purposes of this Part, and any other provision of this Act to the extent that it relates to this Part, a reference to a school includes a location of the school only if:
(a) the location is specified in the approval of the approved authority for the school; and
(b) the level of education provided by the school at that location is specified in that approval.
