Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person, not being a member, special member, protective service officer or special protective service officer, must not have in the person's possession any book or document issued by, or purporting to be issued by, the Australian Federal Police.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the person has a reasonable excuse.
