Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chairperson on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Minister considers appropriate.
(2) The Chairperson may grant leave of absence to another appointed Director on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Chairperson considers appropriate.
