Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) There is to be a Managing Director of the Authority, who is to be appointed by the Minister after receiving a recommendation from the Board.
(2) Subject to this Part, a person appointed as Managing Director holds office for the period, not exceeding 5 years, specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re - appointment.
