Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Unless the contrary intention appears, in determining the application of a provision of this Act, it is immaterial whether any act or thing is or was done wholly or partly by means of one or more electronic communications.
(2) Subsection (1) is enacted for the avoidance of doubt.
