Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Each Commissioner shall, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, prepare and furnish to the Minister a report of his or her operations during the year that ended on that date and, for that purpose, the period commencing on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent and ending on 30 June 1977 shall be regarded as a year.
(2) A Commissioner shall furnish to the Minister such additional reports as the Minister requires and may furnish such other reports as the Commissioner thinks fit.
(3) The Minister shall cause a report furnished under subsection (1) to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the receipt of the report by the Minister.
