Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIt is hereby declared to be the intention of the Parliament that an officer, authority or person having powers or functions under this Act or the regulations may also have, exercise and perform similar powers or functions conferred by the law of a State or of the Northern Territory relating to air navigation.
