Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director may, on behalf of the Museum, arrange with an Agency Head (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999 ), or with a body established for a public purpose by or under a law of the Commonwealth, for the services of officers or employees of the Agency or body to be made available to the Museum.
(2) The Director may, on behalf of the Museum, enter into an arrangement with the appropriate authority of a State or Territory for the services of officers or employees of the Public Service of the State or Territory, or of a body established for a public purpose by or under a law of the State or Territory, to be made available to the Museum.
