Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the CEO may delegate, in writing, all or any of the CEO's functions and powers to a person who is a member of the staff of the ANPHA.
(2) The CEO must not delegate his or her function under paragraph 11(1)(i).
(3) In exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the CEO.
