Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A member must give written notice to the Minister of all interests, pecuniary or otherwise, that the member has or acquires and that conflict or could conflict with the proper performance of the Advisory Council's function.
(2) The notice must be given to the Minister as soon as practicable after the member becomes aware of the potential for conflict of interest.
