Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Section 45 applies to annual operational plans in the same way as it applies to strategic plans, except that the Minister may approve a variation of an annual operational plan if the Ministerial Council does not agree to the variation within 3 months of the variation being put to it.
(2) When submitting to the Minister proposals for variation of a strategic plan, the CEO must also submit to the Minister proposals for any consequential variations of a relevant annual operational plan.
