AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL REGISTRY OF EMISSIONS UNITS ACT 2011 - SECT 62

Information about number of voluntarily cancelled Kyoto units

As soon as practicable after one or more Kyoto units held by a person are transferred under section 65 to a voluntary cancellation account, the Regulator must publish on the Regulator's website:

(a) the name of the person; and

(b) the total number of Kyoto units transferred.
