AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL REGISTRY OF EMISSIONS UNITS ACT 2011 - SECT 86

  (1)   Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal to review a reviewable decision if the Regulator has affirmed or varied the decision under section   84.

  (2)   Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal to review a reviewable decision if the decision was not made by a delegate of the Regulator.
