A NEW TAX SYSTEM (FAMILY ASSISTANCE) (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 102R

  (1)   Applications may be made to the ART for review of a decision of the Secretary under section   102E, 102H or 102J.

  (2)   Despite any provision of Part   5, that Part does not apply in relation to any decision of the Secretary under this Division.
