Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a payment is made under section 205A to an approved provider in respect of the enrolment of a child for care by an approved child care service (the first service ) of the provider.
(2) The Secretary must set off an amount equal to the payment against one or more child care service payments that are to be made in respect of an enrolment of a child for care:
(a) by the first service; or
(b) by any other approved child care service of the provider.
