AUSTRALIAN ORGAN AND TISSUE DONATION AND TRANSPLANTATION AUTHORITY ACT 2008 - SECT 25

  (1)   The staff of the Authority are to be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 .

  (2)   For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999 :

  (a)   the CEO and the Authority staff together constitute a Statutory Agency; and

  (b)   the CEO is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
